OPEN INTUITIVE PAINTING MEETINGS
One Saturday a month in my studio in Turin to explore art in a light and playful way.
Since 2023 I've been organizing open intuitive painting meetings, an artistic experience open to everyone, without technical pretensions, where what matters is the creative process and the pleasure of painting.

WHAT IS INTUITIVE PAINTING
Making visible the invisible that flows inside and outside of us, exploring and transforming, being like clouds. What color do you feel, right now?
NOT ART THERAPY
We don't want to "fix" anything in this setting, nor analyze it. Intuitive painting draws heavily on your inner world, but does so like a child exploring and playing with something: with lightness and freedom.
NOT A TECHNIQUE
It's an approach to painting (as it could be for anything else) based on direct experience and that values the journey, the process more than the result. What will be painted will mostly belong to the world of the abstract, precisely to allow greater freedom of gestures, compositions, colors.
Not a course: For the same principle, what I propose with the open meetings is not a course (although we can organize personalized mini-paths to deepen techniques or specific themes: write to me, I'm happy to create new possibilities). For this reason you are free to participate in just one or more meetings, as you prefer: it's not a predetermined path but a free exploration that will naturally evolve according to your times, needs and desires.
SO WHAT IS IT?
Intuitive painting is an ARTISTIC experience, not therapeutic (which certainly has beneficial effects on our mental and emotional state), it's appropriating an artistic language through direct experience.
Intuitive painting is an approach that leads to recognizing and listening to your own intuition, gradually moving the voice of the mind to the background to let that of intuition emerge in the foreground: this is why painting meetings, even when more structured as in the case of personalized mini-paths, are not actual lessons, but prompts to awaken a capacity we all have, that of learning through an intuitive and playful approach, assimilating technique through personal experimentation.
HOW THE MEETINGS WORK
THE STRUCTURE

Initial warm-up
A first moment to let go of expectations, activate another type of approach and attention, feel comfortable with the group of participants. -
Free creation
Afterward, in complete freedom, we'll move on to creating your own intuitive painting, with the ease and lightness just experienced.
THE EXPERIENCE
I want you to be able to immerse yourselves in another dimension in these two hours, where you suspend rationality, judgment, thoughts and let the unconscious, intuition, the inner artist express itself.
When I speak of inner artist I mean that "childlike" part of us: remember when you always wanted to play and everything you saw around you was a source of curiosity and enthusiasm? Exactly her!
Often when we find ourselves as adults that part of the self remains dormant and neglected, in favor of other more "serious" and "productive" parts, but it's a real shame because it's an inexhaustible source of creativity and joyful lightness. Through intuitive painting I'd like to accompany you to awaken this colorful part of you and nourish it, cultivate it, make it grow lush like a weed!
WHAT YOU'LL FIND:
MATERIALS INCLUDED
- Brushes, spatulas and other tools
- Two sheets of A4 cardstock
- Acrylic paints
If you want to experiment with other supports, you're free to bring them from home or use those available in the studio (there are some stretched cardboards and cotton canvases available for workshops)
WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT
- Studio in a spacious and bright room, with comfortable stations for painting seated at a table
- Easels if you want to try painting vertically
- A non-judgmental environment to experiment freely with other participants

Costs and Booking
The open intuitive painting meetings cost €20 per person, which includes use of the studio, painting materials and two hours of creative experience in a welcoming group.
Gift a painting meeting! Contact me and I'll prepare a voucher valid for one year to give to whoever you want. It's also possible to arrange individual meetings or for private groups (families, friends, parties and team-building). Write to me for more information on costs and methods!
To know the dates in advance, I recommend writing to me to ask to be added to the broadcast list I created on WhatsApp ;)
I ask you to book your presence as soon as possible and confirm it by responding to the message I'll send to participants in the days before the event: this way I can best prepare the meeting and, if necessary, divide you into two groups to keep the environment always comfortable.
